Steps to your Dream home!

1. After contacting Paul the builder, designer and owner of Joswil Builders. He arranges a meeting at your convenience either at your home or in our office. If it’s an extension renovation your home is better for measurements and feel of the home. So we can actively design a look and feel to your budget.

2. We then sketch a mock design that is personalised to your budget. If you are happy with the design we have an architect to liaise with you to draw up the plans.

3. When you are happy with the plans. We move to the contract stage, we use Master builders contracts and the contract is left with you along with the specifications for you to review.We organise the Permits for the job as well. All this is done with Paul overseeing the entire process.

4. Paul is the onsite builder and supervisor for every job. He works with the boys to ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction. He can answer any queries you may have to ensure the best possible building experience.

We can design and construct your own custom built home, renovation or extension or units. We are the one stop shop Builder, Designer, Architect, Supervisor you deal with Paul from start to completion.

Paul is also a qualified Civil Engineer B. Civ. Eng.

We have Insurance with BRIC Insurance.

We are registered with the builders Practioners boards as well as a Master Builder.
